As a single mom with no one initially around to capture the joyous yet fleeting moments of my first experience with motherhood within core memories of my son's childhood, I strive to photograph every aspect of love - between families, couples, fur babies - so you can be present in the moment, and still have cherished photographs to look back on nostalgically.
Photographs are a time-capsule of memory, whether they are displayed on your living room walls, sharing a magnet with your 2-year olds crayon drawings on the fridge, or plastered all over grandma's house. These images, the curation of these memory keepsakes, means as much to me as they mean to you and your loved ones. The love and connection I capture is art.
My love for photography started with my childhood admiration of the photographs of my mom taken by my dad throughout the duration of their long lasting commitment to one another. My mom was clearly my dad's greatest muse, identifiable within each family album. I grew up with the privilege of having my father as my greatest mentor and beautiful images of my childhood & family.
It was quite common that members of our community would go out of their way to tell me and my siblings how lucky we were to have parents who loved one another so deeply. My parents love story captured on 35mm film will always be some of the most cherished momentums I own, and the love they share that I continue to witness, will be some of the greatest wisdom I'll ever learn.

Let me capture it.
